How do I get a quote?

How do I approve my emailed quote?
At the bottom of your emailed quote there are two options to click. One option is "approve". Second option is "request changes".
How long from the approval process to the installation process?
It takes 5-8 business days for Mobile Glass to receive your glass order. During that time frame you will be contacted to schedule your installation.
Do I need to be home for the estimate and installation?
Yes because we will need access to the inside of the property. For realtors, property managers, etc. we can enter via a door code provided.
How can I pay for my services?
All payments can be made from the emailed invoice with one click. We accept cash, check or card. A 50% deposit is required on all jobs over $500. A deposit invoice will be emailed to you and you will have the option to pay with a card, or mail a check. Your project will begin once the deposit is received.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, Mobile Glass provides a 1 year warranty on all installations. All thermal glass installed carries a 10 year manufacturer warranty on the seal. This 10 year manufacturer warranty is transferable.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are fully licensed and insured. Our staff is fully trained and are experts in our field.
What kind of glass do you use?
We use clear and low E thermal glass which carry a 10 year manufacturer warranty.
How do I get my screens repaired?
Please click book now to schedule screen repairs. If you need help with removal, we are happy to offer a "remove and install" fee of $25 total. This is not an each price, it is a total price of $25.
